All application documents must be submitted as copies on A4 paper.
If any documents are incomplete, your application may be delayed. Please carefully review the required documents listed below.
If even one document cannot be prepared for any reason, the application cannot be submitted to the consulate. Please submit all documents only after everything is ready.

・Issued within the last 3 months ・Head of household and family information must be included ・All the information except 住民コードand 個人番号 should be included. |
