韓国ビザ代理申請

◯ 受付対象(Subjects to acceptance)
  • 東京管轄：東京・千葉・埼玉・茨城・栃木・群馬お住まいの方
    Tokyo Jurisdiction: Those living in Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi and Gunma
  • 横浜管轄：神奈川・静岡・山梨お住まいの方
    Yokohama Jurisdiction: Those living in Kanagawa, Shizuoka and Yamanashi
  • 査証発給所要期間は 2週間必要のため、渡航日が20日以上残っているの方
    Those who have more than 20 days left to travel because the visa issuance period is two weeks
◯ 申請代行手数料
  • 東京管轄：お一人様に付き、11,000円(税込)
    Tokyo jurisdiction: 11,000 yen per person (tax included)
  • 横浜管轄：お一人様に付き、22,000円(税込)
    Yokohama jurisdiction: 22,000 yen per person (tax included)
  • 査証審査手数料は別途お知らせ致します。
    We will inform you of the visa examination fee separately.
  • 書類一式を弊社にて確認後、請求書を送付致します。
    We will send you an invoice after confirming the set of documents at our company.

■観光ビザ（Tourist Visa C-3-9）
発給対象
団体観光等(C-3-2)に含まれない一般の観光客
Subject to issue: General tourists not included in group tours (C-3-2)

  • 査証発給申請用紙（全5枚、両面コピー不可、下記よりダウンロード可）
    Application form for visa issuance (5 sheets in total, double-sided copies not allowed, downloadable below)
  • パスポート（申請日から有効期間6ヶ月以上必要）
    Passport (valid period of 6 months or more from the date of application)
  • パスポートのコピー（顔写真ページ見開き、A4サイズ）
    Copy of passport (Face photo page spread out, size A4)
  • 写真1枚（カラー、横3.5cm x 縦4.5cm、背景白色、6ヶ月以内撮影）
    1 photo (color, 3.5cm wide x 4.5cm long, white background, taken within 6 months)
  • 在留カードのコピー（裏表、有効期間3ヶ月以上）
    Copy of residence card (front and back, valid period of 3 months or more)
  • 住民票（3ヶ月以内発行された原本、本籍、世帯主省略無し、家族全員が掲載されていること）
    Resident card
    (the original, registered domicile, household owner, and all family members must be published within 3 months)
  • 財政能力立証書類（1ヶ月以内取得の銀行残高証明書もしくは個人口座通帳のコピー
    ※東京管轄の方は日本国永住資格所持者の場合は除外）
    1 photo (color, 3.5cm wide x 4.5cm long, white background, taken within 6 months)
    ※Those who have jurisdiction over Tokyo are excluded from those who have permanent residency status in Japan.)
  • 以前に韓国ビザを取得された方はビザのコピー
    A copy of the visa for those who previously obtained a Korean visa
  • 委任状（横浜管轄の方のみ、上記よりダウンロード可）
    Power of attorney (only those with Yokohama jurisdiction can download from below)
  • 査証審査手数料（¥2,600～¥32,500）
    Visa examination fee (¥2,600 to ¥32,500)

    ※ 4年制大学の留学生は在学証明書または学生証のコピー（表裏）を追加提出、本人名義の財政能力立証書類がない場合、本国の親の財政書類提出可能(家族関係証明書類提出必要)
    ※ International students at a four-year university can submit additional copies of their enrollment certificates or student ID cards (front and back) and submit financial documents of their parents in their home country if they do not have financial certification documents under their name (family relations certificate required)
■一般商用ビザ（General Commercial Visa C-3-4）
発給対象
発給対象:市場調査、業務連絡、商談、契約、その他これに類似した目的で短期間在留しようとする者
Issuancesubject: A person who intends to stay for a short period of time for marketresearch, business contacts, business negotiations, contracts, or similarpurposes.

  • 査証発給申請用紙（全5枚、両面コピー不可、下記よりダウンロード可）

  • パスポート（申請日から有効期間6ヶ月以上必要）
